These terms cover text messages online stores send to shoppers through Keypost, a service of MGL LLC.

The program

Cart assistance texts remind you about a checkout you left, answer questions about your order, and may include discount codes and a link back to your cart. The store you shopped with is the sender.

How you get these texts

You may get these texts if you enter your phone number at checkout and leave without finishing your order. A notice at the phone field tells you this. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically you may get a first message about a cart, plus replies when you text back.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further texts from that store.
Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@keypost.solutions.

Good to know

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent to US and Canadian numbers only, and are not sent during quiet hours in your area.
