These terms are an agreement between MGL LLC ("we") and the business using Keypost ("you"). By creating an account, you accept them.

The service

We connect to your online store, identify abandoned checkouts with a phone number, and provide tools and staff to text those shoppers on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Show the notice at your checkout phone field with accurate wording, and keep your own privacy policy and terms up to date
• Provide the business details needed to register your texting program with carriers
• Give accurate product, shipping, returns and discount information
• Comply with the laws that apply to your store and your marketing
• Keep your account secure and be responsible for activity on it

Fees

Fees are shown on our pricing page or in your written plan. Commission applies to orders matched to a conversation within your attribution window. We bill by card or through your store platform. Unpaid balances can lead to restricted access until settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app. Fees for recovered orders up to the cancellation date remain due. We may suspend the service for non-payment, misuse, or a compliance risk.

Data

You own your store and shopper data. You let us use it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any level of recovered revenue. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows, and message delivery depends on carriers.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and changes
